About Me
My life has been an eventful pilgrimage. Contemplative practices, 12 Step Program, my art and my own spiritual direction have and continue to be the anchors on my way.
As a living member of the Body of Christ, being with and listening to fellow pilgrims finding themselves in searching and liminal places is a holy privilege for me. My experience as a visual artist and creative, at times, can serve as a helpful tool in making sense of our stories being a path to joy as well as making sense out of suffering.
My ministries were as Lutheran clergy spouse to my late husband of 30+years. I have one, now adult, adopted son and a stepdaughter and granddaughter. I find great joy in facilitating and teaching centering prayer, helping facilitate and plan intimate retreats and being a spiritual guide. I completed my spiritual guidance training at the Shalem Institute for Spiritual Formation, Washington, D.C.
