About Me
I am a Catholic Sister, affiliated with the St. Anthony Retreat Center.
I am a mother and grandmother, an RN, and a Sister of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary. I have been accompanying women and men, ordained and lay, on the spiritual journey for over 30 years in California, New Mexico, and here in Hawai'i. My formation in spiritual direction has taken place in the Philippines, Hawai'i, the Oblate School of Theology in San Antonio, TX, and the Redemptorist Renewal Center Hesychia Program in Tucson, AZ. At St. Anthony Retreat Center, private guided retreats and days of reflection are also part of my ministry.
