About Me
I actually prefer the term Spiritual Companioning because I believe the process of deepening spiritually is a process of mutual reflection and support. I am a retired Christian Pastor who has studied many faith traditions, so there is an interfaith flavor to my own story and what I offer as a perspective to others. I spent 30 years as a psychotherapist, educator and consultant. I incorporate the exploration of movement, art, and imagery into spiritual companioning.
My training in Spiritual Direction comes from my own personal exploration of my relationship with God, my educational preparation for the ministry, my life experience as a psychotherapist and in my Doctorate of Ministry program at Wisdom University. I am a former member of Spiritual Directors International.
