About Me
Spiritual direction provides a safe place to explore your story and to (re)discover that God has been part of your story in good as well as challenging times. I see my role as one who listens and reflects with you where God might be inviting you to a deeper relationship, to growth, to the next step on your journey. I have shared my own journey in words and through various art mediums, I welcome alternate forms of story-sharing. I find that art often speaks more volumes than words. I also offer the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola in the 19th Annotation form. This is a 32 week experience of prayer and reflection that invites you into a deeper relationship with God. Email me for more information.
My training in spiritual direction was through the Christian Spirituality Program at Creighton University, Jesuit school. I continue to deepen my understanding and practice of spiritual direction through ongoing supervision at Mercy Center Burlingame and continuing education classes through Creighton.
